With the dollar hits all time lows and the economy still struggling and showing little sign of true recovery many Americans are looking abroad to begin a new. The middle east is an unstable powder keg so one of the most popular questions has become where is the Best Place to Live in Europe?

For many Americans the concept of moving to Europe is akin to going home. After all a very large percentage of Americans find the roots – their heritage based in Europe. Mercer, the well known data and research company, reports that the cheapest place to live in Europe is Tirana in Albania. Other cheap cities include: Skopje Macedonia, Sarajevo Bosnia-Herzegovina, Minsk in Belarus and Belfast Ireland.
