An Adventorous Journey Awaits

Gorilla trekking in Rwanda has become one of the most life changing experiences anybody can say they have done. Seeing these beautiful animals at the close distance you can view them is sure to take your breath away and leave you with amazing memories of something very few people will ever have. Rwanda is home to around 400 wild gorillas and because of their population, the area has become notorious for their conservation efforts to help save the lives of this beautiful and dwindling species.

The safari expeditions usually last several days and they consist of group travel. The trek itself usually lasts between 1-4 hours and you are led by a group of people who have revolved their lives around the areas you will be walking. They are also very intelligent wen it comes to the gorillas the group will be scouting, so any questions someone from the group may have will surely be answered by a guide. These journeys are truly one of a kind because they create the simplicity of walking through an area covered in brush and vines. Just you and untouched nature. When the group stumbles upon a gorilla or gorilla family, the guide will explain to everyone how to act and not act as you observe the beauty that you set out to find in the first place. The basis of these journeys are to show people why conservation efforts have become so important in and around areas of Rwanda. This is a primary species that needs our help.

Whether you are an avid animal lover or just want a different type of adventurous vacation, visiting the Rwanda gorillas is surely something that will not let you or your photographs down. This is genuinely a lifetime chance to see nature as it should be peaceful, natural and free.
